Homecoming

Come back to who you were before you had to prove, please or perform.

Come back to who you were before you had to prove, please or perform.

You’ve built a life on holding it all together. Homecoming is the return to the woman underneath the proving, the pleasing and the performing: the one who was always enough.

You might be ready to come home to yourself if…

You’re the one who holds everything together, and you’re quietly exhausted from carrying it alone.

You know you’re destined for something bigger, yet you keep putting everyone else’s dreams ahead of your own.

You resent how much is on your plate, then feel guilty for resenting it.

You’ve achieved so much, yet “enough” never seems to arrive.

You dim your creativity and your power so the people around you can stay comfortable.

You already know the theory and you’ve read the books, yet it still hasn’t landed in your body.

You can feel the next version of you waiting, and you’re tired of holding her back.

Homecoming is a return to the woman you were before you learnt to prove, please and perform.

Through my honest story and the Sourced Within Method™, this book walks you back to your centre. You’ll learn to ask for help, receive support and step back into your power, potential and purpose. This isn’t another set of strategies to push through. It’s a return to the woman who was always enough.

Inside, you’ll meet the masks you’ve been wearing (the good girl, the responsible one, the one who always replies), the “too much / not enough” story, boundaries, delegation, nervous system titration, and what it means to tend your field over your to-do list.

What you’ll come away with

Freedom from the approval you’ve been chasing, once you see whose it really is.

Permission to slow down to speed up, and to lead from your essence rather than your productivity.

The felt sense that you’re worthy to ask for and receive support, without guilt.

Practical tools: exercises and a weekly check-in with two questions, “Who can help me?” and “Is this mine to carry?”

“Holding it all together costs you your aliveness, your power, your lifeforce.”

BRIONY McKENZIE, FROM HOMECOMING

Briony McKenzie with eyes closed in silk, soft light

About Briony

Briony followed the traditional path to become a corporate lawyer, did what was expected of her, never wanted to disappoint anyone. But it meant she walked more and more off her truth. In 2017, she had an awakening of coming back to her own soul’s alignment, launched into a coaching career, and built a multi-seven figure business. But in each step of her journey, from burnout to miscarriages, Briony peeled back layer and layer of the versions of her that had pleased, performed, and sought approval. And she’s excited to remind you who you are underneath all of this.
