Meet Briony
I left a career in law, and with it, the need to be the good girl. I’d spent years doing everything right and outsourcing my power to approval and achievement.
A couple of years ago I realised I had built my whole life on survival architecture. It looked like success, but it ran on grit, control and exhaustion. So I rebuilt my inner operating system from the ground up.
These are the shifts I’ve lived: from challenge to ease. From grit to juice. From control to allowing. From depletion and giving out to overflow. From self-reliance and holding it all to source. From busyness to spaciousness. None of them came from a plan. Every one of them came from the threshold: the space between who I was and who I was becoming.
Coming home to myself changed how I lead, create and live.
Now I guide women to do the same with the Sourced Within Method™, grounded in real life and real leadership. I co-founded Untapped with Dalaney Davis, where I’m Chief Transformation Officer, and I lead the Art of Expansion community.
